Culturally Sensitive Therapy
Treatment for anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, eating disorders, relationship issues and trauma.

Individual Therapy
For adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, working through life transitions, cultural issues or adjustment and/or trauma.

Family Therapy
For children, adults, siblings, parents, multigenerational and/or chosen families going through life transitions, relationship stress, conflict, and/or illness.

Couples Therapy
For adults experiencing relationship stress, miscommunication, distance, disconnection, and other related issues.
Clients are seen by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Ashley meets with clients online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform accessible via any computer, tablet or smart phone.
Ashley treats clients mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. She can meet with clients located anywhere in California and Pennsylvania.
Ashley’s Culturally Sensitive Therapy Approach & Training
Ashley’s treatment approach is culturally sensitive, collaborative, personalized, and feedback-informed, integrating clients’ strengths and unique worldview. She explores power, privilege, community, marginalization, and intersectionality as they impact wellbeing, perception of ourselves and others, and how we show up in the world.
Ashley is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and focuses on connection, attachment, and emotions to heal relationships and strains that often occur with mental health issues.
Therapy Fees & Insurance
Clients have a right to a Good Faith Estimate to approximate charges they may be billed.

Individual Therapy (50 minutes) – $225
Couples Therapy (50 minutes) – $275
Family Therapy (50 minutes) – $275
Ashley does not accept insurance. Upon request, she can provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Eligibility for reimbursement and the amount varies by insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company to understand your outpatient mental health benefits.
Payments can be made online by credit or debit card through several secure payment processing services. Checks are also accepted.
Sliding Scale & Therapy/Treatment Assistance
A limited number of sliding scale slots are available for those who cannot afford the full fee. These are prioritized for those in the greatest need.
Several telehealth platforms offer low-cost mental health treatment or accept insurance. Check out Open Path Collective or your local community behavioral health center for low-cost services.
For those seeking assistance paying for eating disorder treatment, Project Heal, Eating Disorder Recovery Support (EDRS), or Eating Disorders Resource Center (EDRC) may be able to help.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 48-hours notice in advance of your session to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the usual appointment fee.
