Personalized therapy to heal from painful experiences & manage emotional challenges

Specialized therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, stress, relationship & food/body image issues

Culturally sensitive & holistic mental health treatment centering your needs, strengths and experiences.

Are you feeling stuck, confused, unseen, or unsupported as you’re struggling with life’s challenges, coping with painful experiences?

Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by pressures and stresses.

On the outside, you’re holding it together, but internally you’re hurting and having a hard time. Shame, self-hatred, isolation, internal criticism, feeling like you don’t belong, confusion are making it worse. You feel stuck, exhausted or unsure of where to go.

Maybe you feel nervous about asking for help. It’s a sign of strength and wisdom to know when something needs to change and to seek help. We can start wherever you are.

I help people develop self-compassion; heal their relationship with themselves, food and negative body image; improve connection and communication.

Through holistic, kind, trauma-informed, collaborative therapy, we will help you manage emotional challenges and heal the emotional pain you’re carrying.

We may also help let go of relationship patterns that are no longer serving you, like conflict avoidance, workaholism, living with constant burnout, people pleasing, parentification, over-functioning, perfectionism and internalized inferiority.

I’m a specialist in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders. I also help individuals address relationship challenges, trauma, work through life changes, complex family dynamics, and intergenerational trauma.

Through therapy, we work together, leaning on our individual and shared widsom to guide your healing journey.

We’ll incorporate your strengths, who you are, resources from your world and life experiences into creating a sustainable healing journey.

Take the next step towards healing!
